Rhys leads search execution, specialising in delivering client mandates across the full spectrum of renewable energy, with a focus on niche searches throughout Europe and the U.S. He is committed to partnering closely with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process, providing valuable insights and market intelligence to support effective hiring decisions.
James was appointed Non-Executive Director of Walter Hewitt at the end of 2023. He is responsible for working closely with the leadership team to develop the company’s corporate, operational and client strategies. James is a Director of the coaching and leadership business D3 Partnership, he sits on the Board of Trustees for the Lloyd’s Benevolent Fund and since 2016 has been the Founder and Managing Director of Damhurst, a leading executive search firm in the global insurance market.
With more than two decades in search, Matt is our founder and is responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and development of Walter Hewitt. He remains active and engaged with clients and enjoys supporting them overcome their hiring challenges. Matt has concluded search mandates worldwide and enjoys the diversity and uniqueness of each project.
Eduardo and his team are responsible for delivering client mandates from commencement to completion across the full spectrum of renewable energy and have successfully concluded niche mandates across Europe and the U.S. Eduardo and his team enjoy working closely with clients supporting them to make informed hiring decisions with key market intelligence and insights.
Ellie is our office manager and provides invaluable support across the business. She enjoys working alongside the Walter Hewitt team ensuring smooth running of the office along with planning internal and external company events.
Claire provides part-time Finance support to the Walter Hewitt business and team. She is responsible for managing invoices, client finance queries, tax and works closely with our accounts and advisors to ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiency.
